Kadence is currently a Visual Editor for Glaze Zine and worked as a Production Assistant and Model for the '23 Fall Volume IX: “Akrasia” print issue.

In her time with Glaze, she implemented social media growth strategies with TikTok videos, Instagram content, and reels leading to an increase in user account engagement by 39.8% and account reach by 151%. She creative directed for Glaze’s Volume IX: “Akrasia” publication cover to ensure brand personality and visual communication was met. Additionally, she collaborated with other creative teams for semi-annual print volumes including fashion styling and assisting production of photoshoots while executing social media posts that made the top 5% in engagement on the Instagram page.
